This section presents the competency framework developed within the collection. It serves as a navigation tool across the different volumes and publications: each identified competency is contextualised, defined, and linked to available resources for its development.

The collection covers a broad spectrum of competencies: from mastering application formats to the requirements of European institutional careers, including linguistic, intercultural, and negotiation skills, academic and legal writing, and knowledge of European Union law.
